International Shipping Terms & Conditions
Prices are shown in US dollars.
Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsible of the receiving customer.
International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need consolidate items to one location for shipment.
Business day do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM GMT+7 or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
We will immediately notify you with your Shipping Number once your package being shipped. And it is your responsible to regularly check you package status. You can use your national shipping provider to track your package.
What is your return policy?
All Sales on Ready Stock and Pre-Order keycaps are final - we do not offer any return, or exchange on these items, except for malfunction or could-not-delivered issue.
To be eligible for refund, your package must be not delivered.
Or for malfunction issue, your item must be in same condition that you receive it and must be in the unbroken and undamaged packaging.
You needs to send us complete proof of unbroken and undamaged packaging before send them back to us.
How about refund?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned package. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by giving you Gift Card Voucher as amount as your purchase or broken items.
For defect issue, there will be free shipping cost extra for your voucher.
You can use that voucher by yourself or by others.
We will not issued any refund other than we offer above.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
